As GRLA has grown over the years we've made a point of preserving the atmosphere of a small firm. We encourage interaction among our staff, and appreciate individuals. We foster career and personal growth. The tone of our office is upbeat, yet the tempo is brisk enough to challenge the minds that work here without asking too much.

Our office is located in the newest building in historic Hopkinton, within walking distance to the town green and the starting line of the Boston Marathon. While close in proximity to Boston, Framingham and Worcester, our town is peaceful and picturesque, offering a pleasant respite at lunch to local eateries and shops.

Design teams are located by project within our location, and the organization of space creates a small firm atmosphere, where communication and creativity can flow freely and work relationships are close.
