In the heart of EMC's Hopkinton campus, this 650,000 SF corporate facility has been designed as the headquarters for the hardware engineering department's research and development efforts.

The building contains extensive lab spaces, training rooms, a data center with mission critical redundancy; offices, and the latest in employee amenities. Among the amenities are a full service cafeteria, a coffee shop, and a fitness center complete with a junior olympic size swimming pool.

The fitness center contains free weights, treadmills, exercise bicycles and a complete nautilus system, as well as a separate, acoustically isolated aerobics room.

Also included is a 288,500 SF, 987-car capacity Parking Structure to supplement the surface parking. The new parking structure consists of three precast concrete single level parking decks which are terraced on a sloping site.
